Refund policy
3:16 Cafe has a 30-day return policy on all merchandise that has been damaged due to manufacture defect, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and include all tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at info@316cafeco.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at info@316cafeco.com within 7 days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence of the issue to process a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods, such as coffee or food
- Custom products, including personalized or special-order items
- Personal care items, such as beauty or hygiene products
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges on merchandise as all orders are custom made with our partner at time of purchase. If you need a different item, return the original product first, and once the return is approved, place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, contact info@316cafeco.com for assistance.
International Orders
We currently do not accept or process international orders. At this time, we only ship within the United States. Any orders placed with an international shipping address will be canceled and refunded.
